Products & Accuracy 

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color will be accurate. All descriptions of products and pricing are subject to change at any time without notice.

 

Shipping & Delivery 

While we guarantee our production turnaround times (e.g. 4 weeks), shipping transit times are determined by the carrier (USPS). Bella Pony is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they have left our facility.

 

Limitation of Liability 

Bella Pony products are intended for cosmetic and athletic use. Bella Pony shall not be liable for any injury, loss, or damage arising from the use or misuse of our products.

 

Governing Law 

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California.
