SHIPPING INFO

We ship to all fifty states and around the world.  We currently ship via USPS.   2-3 day priority.  You will receive an email confirmation with tracking upon shipment. Shipping charge for a pony is $15.00, rates for other products are listed on their respective product pages.  All international shipments are charged actual shipping costs.  Buyer is responsible for all duties and customs fees.

  • How do I match my hair color?
    In color selection you can choose to have a matching kit sent in the mail. Match in natural light with hair in a bun. Fan the swatch out to see all of the colors in the sample. Most girl's natural ponies don't match their bases so choose a color that is complimentary to base color and represents what you want your Bella to look like.
  • Can you match by a picture?
    While pictures are helpful they cannot be relied upon for accurate matching. You are depending on the photo being taken with accurate white balance as well as the viewing device depicting the photo correctly. We have placed color correct photos on our website that you can view to help make your matching choice.
