Return & Exchange Policy

Because every Bella Pony is hand blended and constructed specifically for your order, we do not offer cash refunds on any hair products. All sales are final.

 

The Risk Free Color Swap 

We want you to love your cheer pony. If you receive your order and the color is not a perfect match, we offer a one time free exchange.

• Condition: The pony must be unworn, unbrushed, uncurled, and in its original packaging.

• Process: Email us at erinbellapony@gmail.com within 5 days of delivery to initiate a swap. Once we receive the original pony, we will construct and ship your new match. Return shipping for the replacement will be charged to the customer, $15 within domestic USA.

 

Defective Items 

We stand by our craftsmanship. If your item arrives defective or damaged, please contact us immediately (within 48 hours of delivery) with photos. We will assess each on a case by case basis.

 

Cancellations 

Orders can be cancelled for a full refund, minus the PayPal processing fee, within 24 hours of purchase. After 24 hours, production begins and cancellations are not accepted.
